We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-focused individual who can represent the brand professionally and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Key Requirements:• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a receptionist or similar role• Must reside on the Island, Lagos State (or within close proximity)• Neat and professional appearance• Fluent in spoken and written English• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to maintain a good relationship with customers and staff• Good organizational and multitasking abilities Key Responsibilities:• Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive first impression• Managing appointments and bookings efficiently• Handling customer inquiries (in-person and via phone/social media)• Coordinating with staff to ensure smooth service delivery• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk areaIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to work in a fast-paced and professional salon environment, we encourage you to apply. Making 80 to 120 outbound calls daily to US business owners, presenting digital marketing services, overcoming objections in real time, and closing deals on the phone. What Success Looks LikeFirst 15-30 days: training and coached calls. Day 60: independent, 70%+ target. Day 90: 100%+ consistently. 120%+ for 3 months qualifies for promotion and significant salary increase.
