Requirements
●BSc., HND, or OND in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
●1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations is an advantage.
●Knowledge of airline reservation/ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS platforms.
●Good knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, baggage policies, and travel procedures.
●Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
●Excellent communication and customer service skills.
●Good computer and internet skills.
●Ability to work under pressure and meet ticketing deadlines.
●Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
●Professional, responsive, and customer-focused attitude.
