Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the primary technical interface between the company and clients.
• Coordinate technical communications across engineering, procurement, operations, client representatives, and project teams.
• Resolve technical interface issues during engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations phases.
• Review engineering deliverables and support offshore and onshore execution activities.
• Prepare technical queries, clarifications, deviations, and responses to client and project team comments.
• Review vendor and subcontractor technical submissions to ensure compliance with project and client specifications.
• Preparation of method statements, technical reports, as-built documentation, and project close-out dossiers.

 

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years’ + in Oil & Gas Servicing Company experience (offshore and onshore project experience is mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with IOCs and local Oil & Gas companies.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Good understanding of Oil & Gas regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in preparation of offshore/onshore personnel work permits and documentations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.

 

Technical Competencies:
• Strong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry standards and engineering codes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proven interface management and technical coordination capability.
• Ability to manage multiple technical interfaces simultaneously.
