Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Management Specialist to design, implement, and manage talent development strategies that support business growth and workforce effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performance management, succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, and talent retention initiatives across the organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability and a passion for developing people.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent management frameworks aligned with organizational goals
Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and review cycles
Design and drive succession planning and career development programs
Identify competency gaps and coordinate learning & development initiatives
Support leadership in workforce planning and talent review sessions
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
Monitor and report HR metrics and talent analytics to support decision making
Coordinate leadership development and high-potential programs
Ensure alignment of talent strategy with business objectives
Support culture transformation and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in Talent Management / Performance Management / L&D
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of performance management systems, competency frameworks, and succession planning
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
