Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition/Management Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and support talent management initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Years of HR practice in a manufacturing, processing, agro-allied or comparable operational business, as distinct from consultancy, agency or office-only environments

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, and employee confirmation processes.
• Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment records and HR reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Experience in the agro-manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Strong recruitment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
