We are expanding and our business is growing real fast, we are on the look out for a professional who is in-depth with attraction, selection and placement. Ideal candidate must have the following;

1. 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with sizable experience within the financial services or banking sector.
2. Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale recruitment drives and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to drive efficiency.
3. Deep understanding of the end-to-end selection and placement process, with a strong ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
4. CIPM Qualified will be an added advantage.
