About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, engage our audience, and tell our brand story through compelling content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about graphics, digital campaigns, and content creation who can elevate our brand across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the bank’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create engaging graphics, videos, and content that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop, schedule, and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice and vision.
• Respond promptly to social media inquiries and escalate complaints or issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Exceptional creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the financial services, fintech, or banking sector is a plus.
