We are a growing beauty brand celebrating African hair culture. We are hiring a creative, data-driven Social Media & Video Growth Manager to own our high-growth digital channels TikTok, YouTube, influencer partnerships, UGC, and email marketing. If you live and breathe video content and genuinely understand the African hair and beauty space, this role was built for you.

What You Will Do
•     Own and grow our TikTok and YouTube channels; content, strategy, trends, and analytics
•  Build and manage influencer relationships across micro, macro, and nano tiers within the African beauty community
•     Run our monthly product gifting programme and track creator ROI
•     Source and brief UGC creators to produce authentic, on-brand video content
•  Write, design, and send email campaigns via Klaviyo, welcome flows, launches, promotions, and newsletters
•     Repurpose video content across platforms (TikTok → Reels → Email)
•     Collaborate with our Digital & Social Media Manager to align content across all channels

Requirements:
*  2+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or video marketing beauty/lifestyle experience preferred
•     Genuine passion for African hair culture and personal lived experience is highly desired
•   Deep knowledge of TikTok (trends, algorithm, native content) and YouTube (SEO, retention, long-form strategy)
•     Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo
•     Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
•     Strong analytical instincts: you read the numbers and act on them
•     Self-starter who can manage multiple projects without hand-holding

Nice to Have
•     Comfort being on camera
•     Experience running paid influencer campaigns end-to-end
•     An existing network of creators or influencers in the African beauty space
