Our client is seeking to hire a Sales & Business Development Executive to support revenue growth within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, supporting bid and tender processes, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales or business development (Oil & Gas experience is an advantage).
• Demonstrated ability or strong potential to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good relationship management and client engagement ability.
• Basic understanding of account management and sales pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagement and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories.
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close sales within defined timelines.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate within approved commercial parameters to secure profitable deals.
• Develop and implement structured account management plans for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Identify and qualify enquiries aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Support the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, including pipeline updates and client interactions.
• Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports and provide realistic revenue forecasts.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and industry trends to support business strategy.
• Support initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
