When revenue operations lack structure, even the strongest sales teams struggle with visibility, forecasting, and execution.
An established U.S.-based organization is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to strengthen its sales operations, improve pipeline accuracy, and drive efficiency across its revenue processes.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who understands how to bring clarity, structure, and scalability to sales environments.
About the Company
The organization is a New York-based leader in financial services education, delivering training programs to finance professionals globally. As the company continues to scale, it is investing in stronger, data-driven revenue operations.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role in managing and optimizing sales operations, working closely with sales teams and leadership to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless execution across the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage day-to-day sales operations, track opportunities across the pipeline, and ensure alignment across all stages of the sales cycle. A key focus will be maintaining Salesforce data integrity, improving pipeline visibility, and ensuring accurate tracking of deals.
You will oversee contracting processes, including Statements of Work, and support smooth deal execution. You will also contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reporting, helping improve the accuracy of revenue insights.
In addition, you will manage commission structures for Account Executives and support compensation-related communication. Beyond execution, you will identify gaps, implement process improvements, and introduce automation to enhance operational efficiency.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You will quickly gain an understanding of the team, tools, and workflows, while supporting daily operations. As you progress, you will strengthen forecasting accuracy, improve pipeline tracking, and enhance CRM data quality.
By the end of your first 90 days, you will take ownership of process improvements and begin implementing automation initiatives across revenue operations.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential. You should have experience working in B2B environments, preferably within SaaS or FinTech.
You must have excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate clearly in client-facing situations. Professional presence, strong articulation, and the ability to represent the business effectively are critical.
Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset are required. You should also be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while driving continuous improvements.
Screening Process (Important)
This role requires more than a strong CV. Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a short video introduction as part of the evaluation process.
Candidates are expected to present themselves professionally, including clear communication, a clean background, and appropriate attire. This step is essential in assessing client-facing readiness and communication confidence.
Preferred Tools
Experience with PandaDoc, Clari, or similar tools is an advantage.
