Monthly salary: N170,000–N180,000 (based on qualifications and experience).

Job Description:
First Patient Engagement LTD is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses, both experienced and newly qualified, to join our team in Apapa, Lagos. Our nurses collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care, support preventative healthcare initiatives, and manage specialized programs like Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

Key Responsibilities:
●Provide comprehensive management of patients' overall health needs.
●Coordinate and oversee referrals to other doctors and medical facilities as necessary.
●Manage and administer prescriptions and medications effectively.
●Implement and manage Chronic Care Management (CCM) services to ensure continuous support for patients with chronic conditions.
●Oversee Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) processes, including tracking patient data and providing timely interventions.
●Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records and care plans.
●Communicate daily with patients to ensure their healthcare needs are addressed.

Minimum Qualifications
●Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSC) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized institution.
●Valid nursing license.
●At least 2 years of clinical experience.
●Proficient in computer usage and medical software applications.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
●Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
