Job Summary

Requirements 
●Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study.
●6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the work we do at One Acre Fund for Smallholder Farmers.
●Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
●Basic data analysis skills - you can pick out patterns.
●Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail.
●A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
●Proficiency in English is required.
