Requirements
●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
●Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or employee background verification.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
●Experience using recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
●Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
