Job Summary
The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales performance, managing and coaching a sales team, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
This role requires a hands‑on sales leader with a proven track record in real estate sales and team management.

Responsibilities
▪︎Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual property sales targets
▪︎Lead, coach, and manage a team of property sales executives and agents
▪︎Drive sales of residential and/or commercial properties from marketing to closing
▪︎Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships
▪︎Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
▪︎Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
▪︎Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
▪︎Collaborate with marketing on property launches, site inspections, and promotions
▪︎Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
▪︎Revenue and unit sales targets achieved
▪︎Conversion rate from leads to closed sales
▪︎Sales team productivity and retention
▪︎Pipeline accuracy and forecasting
▪︎Customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements
▪︎Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field
▪︎Minimum 7years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
▪︎Proven track record of meeting or exceeding property sales targets
▪︎Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills
▪︎Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
▪︎Solid understanding of the Abuja property market (preferred)
▪︎Ability to analyze sales data and manage pipelines effectively
▪︎High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
▪︎Must reside in Abuja
