Job Summary
A fast-growing digital bank in Lagos is hiring the following roles to grow its community banking segment.
*Salary Range:* 500k - 1m
* *Product Manager:* Responsible for designing and scaling financial products tailored to cooperatives, trade groups, and agent networks.
* *Sales Team Leads:* To drive market expansion and lead field teams to acquire customers and grow deposits across community clusters.
* *Sales Officers:* Winning customers on the ground, mobilizing deposits, and building strong relationships within markets and cooperatives.
Our preferred candidates should understand community-based markets—including cooperatives, traders, distributors, agents, and grassroots networks—with hands-on experience in FMCG distribution or microfinance field operations.
