ROLE OVERVIEW  
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Manager to design, implement, and monitor performance systems across the company. The role will focus on driving productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement for both site and office teams to support project delivery and business growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES  
- Performance Management  
   - Develop and manage company-wide performance management framework and KPIs  
   - Conduct regular performance appraisals for site and office staff  
   - Track project team performance and recommend improvements  
- Productivity and Efficiency  
   - Monitor staff output, site productivity, and project timelines  
   - Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to close them  
   - Work with department heads to set targets and measure results  
- Training and Development  
   - Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs  
   - Support managers in coaching and performance feedback  
- Data and Reporting  
   - Collect and analyze performance data for management decisions  
   - Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports  
   - Maintain records of staff performance, commendations, and disciplinary actions  
- Culture and Engagement  
   - Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement  
   - Support reward and recognition programs to boost staff morale

REQUIREMENTS  
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, HR, Project Management, or related field  
- Minimum 2- 3 years post-NYSC experience in performance management, operations, or project-based company  
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills  
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills  
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and performance tracking tools  

ADDED ADVANTAGE (NOT COMPULSORY)  
- Certification in Performance Management, PMP, or CIPM  

WORK STRUCTURE  
Based at: Guzape, Abuja with regular site visits  
Full-time, on-site role
