Role Overview
The Operations Associate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business including production, inventory management, distribution, sales coordination, and compliance. The role requires a proactive leader who can improve systems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee production and ensure product quality standards
· Manage inventory and supply chain processes
· Strengthen relationships with distribution outlets
· Drive expansion into new retail outlets
· Support sales and distribution growth
· Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
· Recruit and manage operational staff where needed
