Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and client acquisition
* Generate high-quality leads for branding projects
* Create systems that convert views into paying clients
* Drive awareness and registrations for events, workshops, and bootcamps
* Manage growth campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
* Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for sales and conversions

Requirements
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand growth
* Proven experience generating leads or sales through marketing strategies
* Experience running campaigns for events, brands, or creative businesses
* Strong knowledge of content marketing and audience growth
* Ability to analyze performance and improve conversion rates
* Self-driven, strategic thinker, and results-focused
* ⁠Reside in Lagos
