Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing strategic client relationships within the Oil & Gas/Energy sector. The role focuses on developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, supporting tender processes, and ensuring consistent delivery of sales targets while maintaining long-term partnerships with major industry clients.


Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel for client engagements and industry meetings.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets through effective account management and business development initiatives.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities through the CRM system.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand operational needs and identify potential service opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client developments within the industry.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account performance reports, and management updates.
