Requirements
●Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) from a top university in Nigeria or South Africa
●Comfortable with SQL (or learning it fast), Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
●Can explain a complex analysis to a non-technical stakeholder in plain English
●Detail-obsessed but know when to ship a "good enough" answer versus waiting for perfect
●Think in systems, you naturally ask "why?" two or three levels deeper than most people
●Fast and Deep thinker with an experience in the oil and gas sector within the petroleum engineering, geophysics, reservoir modelling, production economic path
