Job Summary

Cool Microfinance Bank is inviting NYSC members and OND graduates who are motivated, disciplined, and eager to build a career in the financial services industry to join our team as Interns/Entry-Level Officers across key operational units of the Bank.

Available Openings:
■Human Resources
Support HR administration, staff documentation, recruitment coordination, and internal staff engagement activities.

■Legal & Compliance
Support compliance monitoring, regulatory documentation, and internal policy processes.

■Creative Design
Assist with digital designs, marketing materials, and brand communication visuals.

■IT / Fintech
Provide support for the Bank’s IT infrastructure, fintech platforms, and basic technical operations.

■Risk Management
Assist in monitoring operational risks and supporting internal risk control processes.

■Retail Banking (Marketing Team)
Support the marketing team in championing account openings, product promotions, deposit mobilization, and sales activities.

Requirements

- NYSC members (serving corps members) or OND graduates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a professional and structured environment
- Candidates must reside around the Ajah axis in Lagos
