Job Summary

Requirements 
●Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
●Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
●3–5 years HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry (mandatory).
●Strong understanding of hotel operations and staffing structure.
●Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
