Human Resources Officer

Job Summary

SALARY: NGN 250,000 per month
LOCATION: Lagos, Nigeria (On-site)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft job posts, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring
- Prepare offer letters and contracts
- Onboard new hires
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and track pension and tax remittances
- Handle staff queries, complaints, and disciplinary matters confidentially
- Support performance reviews and staff engagement
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Nigerian labour law
- Manage exit processes, including handovers and clearance

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR practices
- Strong communication, organisation, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
