Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

Location: Lagos

Requirements 
●Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
●A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
●CIPM certification is mandatory.
●SHRM-SCP, SPHRi or other relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
●Minimum of 8–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
●Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is highly desirable.
●Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SeamlessHR).
