ROLE OVERVIEW  
We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Manager to lead all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will manage both site and office personnel, ensure compliance, and build an HR structure that supports our growth and project delivery.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES  
- Workforce Planning and Recruitment  
   - Recruit, onboard, and manage engineers, site workers, and office staff  
   - Develop manpower plans to align with project timelines  
- HR Policy and Compliance  
   - Develop and implement HR policies and site HR procedures  
   - Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, contracts, and HSE requirements  
- Payroll and Benefits  
   - Oversee payroll, allowances, site bonuses, and leave management for all staff  
   - Manage staff welfare and benefits administration  
- Performance and Employee Relations  
   - Drive performance appraisals, training, and staff development  
   - Handle employee grievances, discipline, and maintain positive labor relations  
   - Promote company culture across sites and head office  
- HR Records and Reporting  
   - Maintain accurate personnel records, contracts, and HR reports for all projects  

REQUIREMENTS  
- BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field  
- Minimum 3-5 years post-NYSC experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices    
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills  
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software  

ADDED ADVANTAGE (NOT COMPULSORY)  
- CIPM/ACIPM certification  
- Experience with HSE and site HR management

WORK STRUCTURE  
Based at: Guzape, Abuja with occasional site visits  
Full-time, on-site role
