Job Summary

Compensation: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 monthly
Location📍 Ibadan (Onsite)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and creating systems that support a productive and professional work environment in a fast-paced media agency.

Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the company's recruitment and selection processes
● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
● Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees

Requirements
● Age: 30 years and above
● Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources position
● Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
