HR EXECUTIVE – MANUFACTURING

Job Summary

📍 Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun State
💰 Salary: ₦350,000/month

Our client, a growing copper rod and cable manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage HR operations and help build effective HR systems and policies.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement HR policies and processes from scratch.
✅ Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll support.
✅ Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
✅ Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
✅ Provide HR support to management and prepare HR reports.

🎯 Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
✔ 3–5 years' HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
✔ Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
✔ Ability to independently develop HR policies and processes.
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
✔ Must be flexible, proactive, hands-on, and adaptable.
