We are hiring a results-driven Head of Recovery to lead our loan recovery and collections function. The ideal candidate must currently be working in a Microfinance Bank and have a proven track record in reducing non-performing loans (NPLs) and managing delinquent portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
-Drive recovery strategies to reduce PAR and NPLs
-Oversee collections and recovery operations across branches
-Manage and lead the recovery team to meet targets
-Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely resolution
-Provide regular performance reports to management

Requirements:
-Must currently work in a Microfinance Bank
-5–8 years experience in recovery/collections, with leadership experience
-Strong knowledge of microfinance operations
-Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
