Job Summary

We’re hiring for a client in the digital lending space.

Location: Lagos (Island)
Salary budget: 2M Monthly Gross

This is not a traditional HR role. The role is more about driving performance, clarity, and growth across the organisation.

You’ll build performance frameworks, define career paths, equip managers, and ensure hiring and onboarding set clear expectations from day one.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has led high-performing teams
• Understands performance, accountability, and growth deeply
• Can build systems, not just manage people
• Balances high standards with empathy

Ideal for a strong operator or people leader who can drive a culture of performance and development at scale.
