We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and highly organised Head of Operations to oversee daily business operations, manage teams and systems, improve processes, track performance, and support leadership in achieving company goals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations management or a related role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills
• Experience managing teams, budgets, performance, and processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership
