Job Summary
Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving business growth and excellence? We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and provide strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Manage financial risks and optimize financial performance
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in the Finance field
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are an added advantage
