We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and drive the people management function for a fast-growing digital bank. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR generalist with a strong track record in building and managing end-to-end HR functions in dynamic environments.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years’ progressive HR experience as a generalist
• Proven expertise across core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage

Remuneration:

• Monthly net salary: ₦1.8 million – ₦2.0 million
