Our client, a leading player in the Agriculture/FMCG sector, is looking for a Group Total Rewards Manager to drive compensation, benefits, and payroll strategy across Nigeria and Ghana.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and implement group-wide compensation & benefits strategies
* Lead salary reviews, incentive plans, and market benchmarking
* Drive payroll standardization across subsidiaries
* Optimize benefits cost while maintaining employee value
* Use data and analytics to guide reward decisions
* Partner with leadership to align rewards with business performance
* Ensure compliance across Nigeria & Ghana

What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years’ experience in Total Rewards, with strong strategic exposure
* Hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (Nigeria & Ghana)
* Strong analytical and business acumen
* Experience managing multi-entity or group structures
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Background in Agriculture or FMCG is a strong advantage
