What You Bring
➮ 3–5 years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design, visual communication, or a related role
➮ A strong portfolio showing work across areas such as branding, campaigns, reports, presentations, information design, digital content, or product communication
➮ Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, colour, and visual storytelling
➮ The ability to translate complex or technical information into clear and engaging visual communication
➮ Experience designing professional presentations, reports, proposals, research outputs, or other long-form materials
➮ Proficiency with relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools
➮ Strong creative judgement and the ability to explain the thinking behind your design decisions
➮ The ability to take a project from a rough idea or brief through concept development to final delivery
➮ Strong attention to detail, organisation, and consistency
➮ The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently
➮ Strong communication and collaboration skills
➮ Experience working with innovation, technology, development, social impact, or ecosystem organisations is an advantage
➮ Experience with product or UX/UI design, motion graphics, data visualisation, or AI-assisted design tools is an advantage
