Weekly Schedule:

Friday – Orders Open + Invoicing

Focus: Launch + Financial tracking
• ✅ Open delivery day for the next week (activate ordering portal on Fresho)
• Send broadcast message → Orders are now open
• Send invoices for Thursday deliveries
• Include:
• Itemized orders
• All outstanding balances
• Clear total owed per customer
• ✅ Reminder: All shop assistants to be paid

Saturday – Final Call + Invoices + Weekly Finances

Focus: Urgency + Financial control
• Send broadcast:
• Reminder that portal closes at 5 PM today
• Re-send / update invoices to all customers
• Ensure:
• All balances are up to date
• Total outstanding balance is clearly shown for each customer
• Complete weekly company finances (for the previous week):
• Reconcile all payments received
• Update outstanding balances
• Record income and totals
• Flag any missing or late payments
• ✅ Conclude all driver invoices
• ✅ Process and review all invoices (Mass Logistics, DSV, Virgin)

Sunday – Chasing + Order Consolidation (CRITICAL DAY)

Focus: Final orders + supplier submission
• Identify regular customers who have NOT ordered
• Send personalized messages:
• Encourage ordering ASAP for Thursday delivery
• Compile ALL orders into a master total list
• Submit total list to Nigeria by 5 PM sharp ⚠️
• Ensure:
• Orders are clearly itemized per customer
• Totals are accurate
• All balances/orders are properly recorded

• Create and send packing lists

Focus: Payment enforcement + reconciliation

• Adjust allocations if needed:
• Ensure fair distribution across customers
