The Role
You will provide strategic oversight for finance and procurement, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and efficient resource management. This role also involves leading a team and partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational performance.

What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Chartered certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIPS, or equivalent) is required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance and procurement preferably in an international organization/NGO
At least 6 years in a leadership role
Strong experience in budgeting, reporting, auditing, and procurement
Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
High integrity, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in NGOs or development organizations is a strong advantage
