VACANCY: E-COMMERCE MANAGER

A leading QSR in Nigeria, with heavy presence in Lagos is seeking a skilled *E-Commerce Manager* to oversee and optimize all online ordering and delivery channels. The ideal candidate will manage daily platform operations, drive online sales, improve customer experience, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end operations for all e-commerce and delivery platforms
• Monitor daily/weekly sales, order volume, and delivery performance
• Resolve platform complaints and ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Track key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, cancellations, delivery completion)
• Work with platform partners to resolve issues and negotiate promotions
• Conduct outlet visits to assess e-commerce processes and compliance
• Lead and supervise e-commerce staff, schedules, and training
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management
• Improve customer experience and address recurring issues
• Oversee last-mile logistics and rider performance

*Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong experience managing e-commerce or digital operations
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple platforms
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination
