Job Summary

Location: Victoria Island 
Salary: N1.2m - 1.5m

Job Description
Perform the duties to highest standards attainable in the role as listed below but not limited to
(a) Design & Build Data Infrastructure
(b) Database & Schema Design
(c) SQL Optimization & Query Tuning
(d) Utilize proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, indexing, optimization) to implement  relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
(e) Use of NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) to implement data modeling, normalization, and schema design
(f) Manage data warehouse and analytics platforms leveraging experience in cloud databases such as Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL
(g) Cloud Data Services & Platform Integration
(h) Data Quality, Governance & Security
(i) Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
(j) Collaboration & Documentation
(k) Implementation of backup, recovery, restoration and high availability strategies
(l) Implementation of cloud and analytics integration
(m) Support Analytics & Reporting
(n) ETL / ELT pipeline development
(o) API/data ingestion
(p) Automation & orchestration
(q) Perform all duties and exercise all such authority as may be assigned or delegated to you from time to time

Work Experience
5 years above in a data analytic environment
