Job Summary
📍 Lagos Mainland
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Work with team members to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
• Minimum of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination or National Diploma in any related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and basic computer knowledge
• Skills: Good listening, patience, empathy, and attention to detail
• Proven experience in customer service is an added advantage
