●2–4 years’ experience in customer service within the food, hospitality, catering, or event industry
●Proven experience handling high volumes of customer interaction in a fast-paced environment
●Familiarity with order coordination, event bookings, or restaurant operations is highly desirable

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
●Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
●Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
●High level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
●Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
