Job Summary

Requirements
●1–2 years of customer service or related experience
●Strong organizational and communication skills
●Comfortable working with both data and digital platforms
●Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
●Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts when required
●Comfortable using internet-based tools and platforms
●Punctual, dependable, and proactive
●Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications
●Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, and analysis)
●Strong understanding of social media concepts (content handling, engagement, and trends)
●Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and deliver accurate work
●A willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Location Preference
Preferred candidates in Lagos should reside in Oshodi or nearby areas
