Job Summary

Requirements
● 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Comfortable working with both data and digital platforms
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts when required
● Comfortable using internet-based tools and platforms
● Punctual, dependable, and proactive
● Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, and analysis)
● Strong understanding of social media concepts (content handling, engagement, and trends)
● Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and deliver accurate work
● A willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Location Preference: Preferred candidates in Lagos should reside in Oshodi or nearby areas
