Customer Service & Acquisition Agent (MVNO)

Job Summary

Location: POS Locations across Nigeria.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: N100,000 + commissions and incentives

We are looking for energetic and target-driven individuals to drive customer acquisition and sales at our Point-of-Sale locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell SIM cards, data plans, and value-added services
• Drive customer onboarding and app downloads
• Perform SIM registration (KYC) and activations
• Provide basic customer support and resolve inquiries
• Meet sales and activation targets

Requirements:
• Minimum of OND, equivalent and above
• Experience in sales, retail, telecoms, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to use smartphones/POS devices
