Job Summary:
The Customer and Operations Support Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth running of daily business operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product/service information and guide customers appropriately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across departments.
• Monitor and track orders, inventory, or service delivery processes.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Support scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in customer service or operations support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
