Job Summary

We are recruiting a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a fast growing media Agency to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and execution across our media and influencer marketing business.

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations and ensure efficient project delivery
• Oversee influencer management, campaign execution, and media partnerships
• Drive SOPs, workflows, and performance optimisation
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Provide strategic insights and regular reporting to the CEO

Requirements
• 5–7 years’ experience in operations, media, or agency environment
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
• Experience in influencer marketing or digital media is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
