About the Role
DialPay Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Executive to support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, drive business growth, and strengthen the company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, marketing innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support campaign planning and business decisions.
• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the acquisition of new clients.
• Manage and support the execution of marketing campaigns from planning to launch.
• Prepare campaign reports, proposals, and documentation for client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and projects.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement, content development, and brand visibility.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in strategy, marketing, business development, or campaign management within media, branding, advertising, events, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
