Job Objective:
The Business Development & Sales Lead will drive revenue growth by building a structured pipeline of opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients and partners. This role focuses on strengthening market presence, securing new business, and supporting sustainable revenue growth for the organization

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within agencies, consulting firms, NGOs, media, or professional services.
- Strong ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing proposals, pitching services, and managing client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate organizational strengths into compelling value propositions.
