Salary: 400-550k

Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting the banking, financial services and government sectors.
Build and maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline
Recruit develop and lead a high-performing sales team
Qualification and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business development, Sales management or Strategic Partnerships

Proven experience in B2B Fintech sales, outsourcing or HRIS sales.

Proven experience in the banking sector engagement, government contracting or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
