Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Location: Lagos & Abuja

Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, financial services, or related operations
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in deposit mobilisation and credit marketing within a financial institution is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
• Customer focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
