CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN A LEADING OIL & GAS COMPANY


We are a prominent indigenous downstream oil and gas company in Nigeria. Due to expansion and new business opportunities, we are looking to immediately hire highly motivated and experienced professionals into the following positions:


All roles are based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. 
Candidates must be residing in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.

Role Summary: Provide independent assurance and consulting services to ensure the company's gas supply operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirement.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business assurance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead internal audits and assurance reviews to strengthen governance.
• Provide strategic insights to management for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify and assess risks related to gas supply operations, including regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and financial performance.


Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage).
• Relevant professional certifications e.g. Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other relevant industry certification
• 10+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or related field, out of which 5 years must have been in senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
